The Evolution of the Rescue Task Force

Rescue task force began in Arlington County, Virginia. It was a really novel concept when it first came about. Medics would focus instead of on the traditional ABCs that everybody has drilled into their head. The goal is to get people extracted as soon as possible and then get them to higher level of care.
