There's a lot of potential for reproducing relevant mechanisms in that patient. I suspect that if you got a bunch of them some of them would be reproducible more effectively with those extra test techniques. If they're practicing pitching then they're on and off. But if you can hold it there you might bring that on earlier and see what happens. You could actually do that as a post-op evaluation. You could do as a pre-op and see if you can change it and maybe prevent surgery. And so it's actually the same as an overit but we apply it to the thoracic outlet.
