The book is organized around a three aspects of amazon that i think are important to the relationship that the brand builds with consumers. The fact that it can get things to us, it can do so very ly and reliably, is a huge part of how it's built this trust and relationship. Personalization has been ahuge part of its business model since the very beginning. Ama on uses language and metaphor to minimize its perceived size and market power. And then in the next chapter, in that section, looks at how it presents itself as being able to dominate markets globally.
