The show opens with Drew making an observation about the bathroom trashcan at Carolla Digital Studios and in responding, Adam tells a story about the maid service used both at the Carolla home and Studios. Adam also recounts an interaction he had with Gary 'Full-Tard' and how a spelling error caused a considerable amount of confusion. Later they take listener phone calls on methadone as a treatment for pill addiction, a mother who is sleeping with her 12 year old until he falls asleep and answer a question about HPV vaccines.
