The Relationship Between Food and Health
Food and health has been associated with health as far back as it is possible to say. The prevailing theory for a lot of history was the thing called gallenic theory, which is the theory of the four humours. What you ate would directly affect your humour. If you were ill, it was because your humours were in balance. All food had properties, and they could have a temperature property and a moisture property.
