Symptoms and Signs of Tramadol Hemarthrosis
Common symptoms include insidious onset of pain in the affected joint. Patients may also have recurrent atramatic hemarthrosis, which is a hall mark of the disorder. On physical exam, inspection may reveal joint effusion and arithema. Palpation may reveal tenderness along the joint line. As far as history, 50 % of patients will have a prior history of trama to the area.
