Movie Review - A Lighthouse by Robert Eggers
i'm a fan of the way robert eggers approaches film. I think he's doing it in a very unique sense. He seems to commit to the world and the stories even, and how he's telling them. The movie believes in those things them elves, like the curses, feel like they have real impact. It starts off really strongly, but then there's a part where towards the middle, i thought it was kind of dragging before getting back on track. And then towards and i wasn't sure who was i supposed to root for or not. Like, what's the supposed message that im should be taking from this? But at the same time, i've seen it over
