There is zero chance the judge is going to get humiliated on an appeal somewhere because you asked the defendant or the prosecution a question and they said they didn't know. What did you expect the judge to do? I know nothing. No, no. Dude, the sergeant Schultz was perfect. But that doesn't work in court.
