The Vertical Versus the Horizontal
For people in positions of authority, like sos, a very comfortable default a is the vertical a. Or ore, you can go further than that. A comfortable default is forcing. Ok iv, listen, all of you, but we're going o do it this way. But there's other times when we're going to take off our hats and engage everybody horizontally. And i think want one wayo to to imagine this in an organization is to do this alternating back and forth between the vertical and horizontal.
