Those T Cell Receptors Come From Neanderthals.

There's a subset of our T cell receptors that come from Neanderthals, but only in non-African people who made some babies with Neanderthals and other archaic humans or human-ish hominids. So that was really the main kicker of this article. That, they also say, hey, what about monkeys? All right,What about monkeys? And non-human primates, we actually have some conserved regions with them too. I mean, are you even surprised? No. You can see it in the genetic data though. Like this subset of alleles, Africans do not have it all.
