A Father's Story
Lionel Dormer wrote a book called A Father's Story. He donated a portion of the proceeds to the victims families, but most of the family supported it. Three of the families sued Lionel for using their names inside the book without their consent. The other family sued them for wrongful death saying that this was wrongful death because you neglected your family member.
