How to Grow as a Follower
There's three levels of followership: green, gray and red. Grays are what we reference is easy to lead. Reds are challenging to lead. When you grow as a follower, you actually enhance and improve the leader through the process. We all need to be adopting a leadership set for our young athletes who still struggle with identifying as a leader because of their personalities.
