Brian Winter: Do you really think it's going to be possible for the US to stay out of Latin America's domestic affairs? The more economic and political challenges Latin America faces, the more people are going to turn up on our southern border. I think that now, especially the Biden administration understands that these are sovereign countries and that the US can only do so much.
