Are You Cutting Back on Cost?

An administrator one position above me put forth a promotion for me to do a different job. Right now, i'm grun to hole. I run a whole gram for men. So it's not a matter of my performance, i can assure you of that. But this one person put forth this, this idea that we can this person here, and then we can have four people doing case management. Because right now i just don't do case management. Sob are you being asked to do more work for less money, or are they just edging you out? "I'm confused at at what's happening"
