There were plenty of agencies within the SS or the RSHA structure. The leadership stratum of these groups were Nazi ideologues very clearly. They all went to the same training school in Berlin, Köpnek. It's not that everybody was a rabid anti-seamite and believed in the worldwide Jewish conspiracies on but that the leaders did.
