The Importance of Reporting for Critical Infrastructure
Tim Starks: Back to school is one of the worst times for cyber attacks. He says many schools don't really have any reporting requirements and that many of them choose to not report when they have a cyber incident. Starks: There's embarrassment factor, there's a risk factor in terms of legal that maybe they're worrying about. So it's maybe it's not right, but it is a fact of life sometimes that people who are victims don't report.
