I don't have any idea what type of person julian novlsman is. All i know is that he's a dedicated coach. He has absolutely embraced a tech ology and of making the coaching profession evolve. And listen, i was a proponent when they hired him. Did not come away all that blown away. Last season, i thought he did a good job. Got apnto sleek a title. I think he's got a lot of challenges.
