For most people with $2,500 to invest, I imagine you're not in an upper income tax bracket. And so, now I'm going into a Roth IRA. Set that up with a brokerage again, like an e-trade,. That's where I've set mine up personally. And I start contributing some money over to that Roth IRA and putting it into an index fund or total stock market index fund.
