The Limits of the War Powers Act
I don't know that it's going to be soon to be kinetic conflict with Americans fighting Russia. I was one of the Republicans of Vodity voted to repeal the AUMFs from the Iraq Wars. And so I don't think we're at a point where we need a War Powers Act vote in the United States Senate if the War Powers Act is even constitutional, which is arguable.
