The Importance of Tax Rules in Africa

It is almost impossible for our authorities to follow the money because of the way rules and laws have been set up. I think it's moral legal and a political issue. The last 60 years has seen tax rules be set by a group or a club of the richest countries in an organization called the OECD. African leaders have shown great leadership by bringing international tax rules setting to the UN.
