What Is the Mechanism of Action of Inflicsimab in Rheumatoid Arthritis?
Itanercept is a TNF alpha antagonist with a short half-life. Inflicsimab was designed to modify the host immune response in rheumatoid arthritis. Complications with this medication include increased risk of opportunistic infection and dose-dependent increased risk of malignancies.
