If you go to the play-by-play of the wall, you know that Paul Ryan gave $1.6 billion for that wall two years in a row. And then he got 450 miles done or redone. The trade deals with South Korea, the USMCA, and it wasn't for the pandemic, they might have been able to get that in gear but then China decides to poison the world. All of it can bind is a pretty sad story.
