Is the Dollar Strengthening a Boon?
The dollar has been on a rocket ship this year, and you're already seeing some of the fall out in frontier markets. In terms of, think shilanka defaulted on their external debt. Other we borrowerd weak external borrowers. A, at least, ah, i wouldn't say the threatening, but there is certainly a legitimate threat, i think, of of distresson that front as well.
