What's the Difference Between Religion and Spirituality?

I was raised southern Baptist. And then I went away to college on the East Coast and that whole culture fell away. But there's a personal experience I have is not to be confused or strictly identified with the work I do in the show, which I also do as a journalist. It's absolutely possible to have a spiritual life in the absence of any kind of religion or any kind of belief in God.
