Al Hazred finds these people living under the desert, and they supposedly teach him all about how they do what they do. But there are actually a variety of theories as to just how bollocks it is. There was no Al Hazred, no Necronomicon. It's all just completely made up. I lean towards this school of thought because even in those instances where a bit of the Necronomicons has supposedly surfaced, it has never been properly authenticated. The second school of thought is the It's All True, Brigade. They're mostly dangerous lunatics,. some of whom you met last time around - we already talked about them. And then there's the third school
