Why Is CBS Now Curious About the Satellite Cut One?

CBS commissioned an independent forensic review to determine its authenticity. Just the sheer volume of what we're dealing with, it would be difficult, if not impossible, to fabricate. So they went into detail on it and they got curious now where they didn't even try before. I don't want to speculate about editorial decisions when I just have no idea of what their processes are internally.
