How Can Football Clubs Prepare Young Men for Life?
ly lancashure is qualified for the job, which i'm sure he is. It's a positive step as well, because football clubs need t be far better at preparing young in this case, young men, for life generally. And having that player there to mentally support all those potential things that can go right and wrong in their careers,. I think that's absolutely right, isn't it? Because i think you look at the play s that don't make it from premier league academies and actually end up making a good living in league one or league two - they're the ones who quickly get over that it hasn't happened. So i think it's a very positive step.
