The VIX is lower I feel more uncertain now than when the VIX was at 20 quite frankly. With the uncertainty of interest rates after the summer so to speak I think that's something that needs to be factored into your decision any anyone's decision on where the market's going to lead the market. And I think there's just a lot of uncertainty right now. We were we knocked on the door of the 4300 level of the SPX we did not go through it or we're at least underneath it currently anyway.
