How Do I Block a Ranvier Node?

I would bring in the concept that you need to block at least three nodes of a Ranvier. And the way that you get that minimum of three is through local anesthetic spread. I think that when you first starting off, you'll find that higher volumes are often that gives you that margin of safety. But as you get technically a lot better with ultrasound and your needle technique, and you can, and you know, getting closer to the nerves, that's when I think you can lower your volumes down.
