i think everybody knows my affection and admiration for charley friswell. He would say all the right things, he just, butthen he's just more comfortable and more passionate aiming leftward. I certainly understand that. And so in that context of our disagreement was that he thinks that the overall system, you know, the constitutional order, the way congress was design is working by a blocking legislative efforts which do not reflect the will of the people. Most Americans don't want big, new, sweeping changes. They don't want congress to do giant, grand things from the left, and even, to some ses, from the right.
