The Different Jury Pool in D.C.
There's been a lot of discussion about the possibility that a jury in D.C. might be more amenable to the possibility of charging Trump than in Florida. I think people will potentially accept justice more if he is convicted or acquitted in the Southern District of Florida versus if he's convicted in D.c. That doesn't mean that either jury will have gotten a right or wrong. That just is how it's going to be perceived, I believe.
