Is There a Time Loop in Quantum Computers?

A quantum computer could be used to travel through time at the rate of one thing per second, or per mill a second. The machine would need to be isolated from its environment to prevent decoherence which eventually breaks down the quanum localization and destroys the time crystalye. If humanity doesn't destroy itself, if there's not a gameray burst, it could do some pretty amazing stuff.
