Just think of something that is a good quality and inhale through your nose, really shining forth this quality as you think of this group or person. Now hold that inhale, a pause between the inhale and exhale. And consider what you really need to forgive to free yourself to release any resentment or judgment. This will be a week for you. Just let the dust settle. You'll have a different feeling each time you do it. It may feel more expansive or lighter and you deserve it. Continue sitting for as long as feels comfortable for you. Always ending your meditation on a high note. Tomorrow you'll be guided in an affirmation for forgiveness.
