The Epandemic in Eastern Dr C Is Not Over Yet, but It's a Long Way Off

There are limits to our actions on the ground. And we need to be aware that it's not just security, because there are a set of challenges facing eastern dr c that needs to be looked at comprehensively. In two thousand two we were in about ten or so provinces, and gradually we were able to restore order in these areas. Now, of course, the remaining provinces, ituri, north kivu, south kivu,. are the most complex provinces where we need to engage... But again, i will argue that we come a long way.
