Meditation was actually something that I was quite interested in or pretty interested in just because it is so well first of all it is pretty trendy which might or might not be good. It's gonna just depend on how you're feeling how serious you are about this meditation session this day and other things. Being hungry can also affect the concentration a practitioner may have while meditating.
