The Library in a Book About Smart Cities

i wanted to include the library chapter in here because i've been writing about libraries for 20 years. There has been a lot of talk about libraries as platforms, which borrows from unote development discourse. And it also really reduces the possibilities for human development and the values of human intelligence and communal sharing of knowledge. It doesn't just have economic and kind of job a, kind of job cation approaches benefits. Am, so this is where i feel like the infr structure model can be more capacious and encompassing of these different engols, these different tilo am purposes that that community education and community knowledge serves.
