The Power of Product Design in HealthTech
I think the single most exciting thing to me about using great product design in HealthTech is that we can actually remove the stigmas that patients have around certain illnesses or even just lifestyle conditioning. Like if you can design a beautiful product, for example even an Apple Watch, you can take that out and about. You can do whatever you want to do without feeling sick, without feeling like you're constrained by some technology. Certainly it's a positive experience. David really liked the genius bar and got sold to, sucker. But actually he got a positive experience from that even though he bought an Apple product which is evil.
