How to Blend Personal Branding and Effective Negotiation

I like how you're able to blend the personal branding along with effective negotiation strategy. I think what people often miss when we think about negotiation as a personal branding tool is that we think too short term. We have to have a grand strategy for our career and use negotiation as a tool to get there, while at the same time being mindful of what we need to accomplish in the moment for our respective stakeholders. You know, understanding emotion, whether it's yours or someone else, and not being afraid to either overcome it or receive it, but move past it or help others through it. It's huge.
