Decentralize the Core Parts of the Dyd X V3 Chain

We decided to build our own chain is to Decentralize really the core parts that is centralized on dyd x v3 right now. We're coding it directly into open source software of the validators sort of as like a sidecar That they run. And this is really uniquely enabled by cosmos, right? It can write into the open source software what the validators are going to be doing and some of the things could be whatever else you want. But it's really the same concept as mempool In ethereum and any other blockchain where the order book exists but never actually goes into the state of the chain.
