The Russians Blow Up a Dam in the Ukraine

The former president and current Republican front runner will be arraigned Tuesday in Miami. The Russians blew up a huge dam which has created flood-like conditions where the Ukrainians are trying to launch this counter offensive. Bad news is it's going to have humanitarian consequence, as landmines float to very unpredictable places.
