The Third Tool in AA Part X

In AA, they say you're throwing yourself a pity party. We call it essentially a victim state. Here's the difficult truth that everyone doesn't like to face: Life isn't fair. If you keep wallowing in the unfairnesses that are perpetrated on you, you can't build a fulfilling future because you're essentially telling yourself that wasn't fair and it could happen again. What the tool does is give you the power to get over an injury like that. It gets you to let go and move forward.
