With direct investment, normally they get a house or a town house. They'll have a long term less place, professional management with usually one manager managing the whole complex. And the renttins to be adjusted with inflation. The cons for a tenant sofusy with direct investment? Well, i guess they can be kicked out of the house if the landlords wants to sell it or move in themselves. So there can be a little but less security from a buill to rent standpoint. Generally, these are apartments, so not evon wants to live in an apartment. And often they might not have a car park, so they're kind of more compact.
