The Importance of Continuous Improvement

I feel like people err on the side of changing things too frequently because they're afraid of feeling or looking lazy. But when you have a good system in place with good rules, truthfully, you just don't need to change it very often. I want to learn and now I'm 51 now, been in the industry for over 25 years. And what I've learned is that it's almost impossible to get most people to understand what it is you and I understand.
