Australian Real Estate for First-Time Investors
First and foremost, we're looking at the cash flow. What's our unit need to be? What type of assets going to give us that? Is it a two bedroom unit, one bedroom unit, not massively fond of? We've got to think about who's going to rent it off... And then also, who’s going to buy it off as one day? So, even though our overall strategy is not capital growth, we'd still like to appreciate that on the way in to know that it's going to be an okay performer for us. It can give us both along the journey than it's been a win-win. Now, the last part of this strategy
