Christian Smith and Robert Pape's Fascination With Fire

Robert Pape and Christian Smith both had an extreme fascination with fire. Robert seemed to offer a solution to his then-girlfriend's problems with the next boyfriend just months prior to the homicide. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department and DA's office wouldn't comment on the investigation, but 48 hours obtained a copy of the grand jury transcripts.
