We're Going to Have a Second CARES Act
There was about $50 billion for loans like to students and others. And then there was a whole pay check protection program, which is much more checkered than it should have been. By the time that went into effect, many, many people were already unemployed. The good provisions of the CARES Act are about to run out or will run out in July at some point. So you have a situation in which nothing's been done about these things, no substitute has passed.
