I think the charges we can expect to see is this falsifying business records as a felony. The question is what crime did it conceal here to make it a felony? And I think you're going to see two theories, one for New York state election uh campaign finance crime and another as a federal campaign finance because it was a federal election. There's no doubt Michael Cohen committed a crime in that case because he pled guilty To committing a crime already. He pled guilty in the southern district So I think that that is an excellent theory that we can Expect to see coming forward with upcoming indictment.
