The Value of the Social Determinants Framework
The value of the social determinants framework, you know, if we can avoid the trap of how do we incentivize people to live in richer neighborhoods. If we can avoid that, there's nothing more powerful than a social medicine analysis. The task of educating people in public health is making them, is training them to not be able to see that, I think. And it's kind of a running joke among those who go through education and public health to be like, wow, capitalism is the problem in every scenario.
