There was at one point likely going to be a chapter on application frameworks and their role in productivity, efficiency, et cetera. It turned out we couldn't find anyone to say anything intelligent about it because all of them are bad. The three that were proposed that were interesting that we never quite got traction on. And I think that there's a lot of insight to be extracted there.
