Tom Fitten is a conservative activist head of the right wing judicial watch. Sources close to Trump say last year as the government repeatedly asked for the return of the documents and some on Trump's team tried to work it out. The boxes were returned, them finding allegedly classified information which were really personal documents of his. It all could be true and he's still innocent because they haven't shown any crimes.
